What data we collect and why

When you write to us through the form we collect your name, email, phone (optional), the service you're interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to fuencode@gmail.com.

Arcadius chat and requests

Arcadius is an automated assistant, not a person. We store chat conversations and the requests you send from the website (for example, from the solutions city) on our server so we can reply and follow up. Contact details are optional and only stored with your consent.

If you ask for a person, Thomas or Dbenito may read the conversation and reply in it; you will always see who is replying. The team's internal notes are not part of the conversation.

If Fuencode enables an artificial intelligence provider for Arcadius, the text of your messages is sent to that provider from our server only to generate the answer. Until then, Arcadius answers with frequently asked questions and says so in the chat. To prevent abuse we keep an encrypted fingerprint of the connection, not the IP address.

We keep conversations and requests while they are needed to help you and, at most, until you ask for deletion at fuencode@gmail.com.

Who processes the data

The form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to our Gmail inbox (Google). If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta) policy also applies.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing or request its portability by writing to fuencode@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and local storage

We only use Google Analytics if you accept it in the cookie notice. Analytics sets Google cookies to measure visits in aggregate.

We store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage). We don't use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
